How to get started
Activate your code
Tap “Activate my code”, then enter your code and your email. We'll send you a sign-in link: click it and your code activates automatically.
Download the Lovae app
From the App Store or Google Play, on your phone.
Create your password
On the app's sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password or first time here?”, choose your password, and sign in with the same email.

I don't have a code
Your code comes from your health insurer or your gym. Please reach out to them, we can't issue codes directly.
How long does the access last?
The duration is set by your partner, often one year. The exact end date appears as soon as your code is activated.
Why does the app ask for a password I never created?
On the website you sign in with an email link, no password. The app does need one. Tap “Forgot your password or first time here?” on the sign-in screen and you'll get an email to choose one. You only do this once.
What happens when the period ends?
Nothing to do and nothing to cancel: Premium access simply stops, with no charge. You keep your account, your data and the free version.
I already have a Lovae account
Use the same email to activate your code: Premium will be attached to your existing account, and you lose nothing. However, if you already have active Premium access (a subscription or a purchase on the website), the code can't be activated, it isn't consumed either, so keep it for later.
I'm on Android
The Lovae app is available on Google Play. Download it, then sign in with the email you used to activate your code: your Premium is waiting there.
