Preparation

Ingredients

  • • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • • 2 to 3 tablespoons warm water
  • • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
  • • salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1.In a bowl, combine the tahini, lemon, honey and ginger
  2. 2.Add olive oil and mix
  3. 3.Gradually add hot water until you obtain a creamy texture
  4. 4.Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix well
